Our Natural Indoor Play-Barn includes a toddler soft corner, a wooden toddler tractor & slide, a large adventure play frame with slide, ladders, bridges, fireman's pole and climbing wall, a giant sandpit with indoor/outdoor play frame and a soft surface throughout.

1 hour sessions can be booked Monday to Friday with private hire available at weekends!

Espresso Farm coffee house is open daily from 9am to 4pm serving greats coffee, cake and snacks!

You also have free access to the outdoor playground and farmyard.

Toilet and Baby changing facilities are situated next to the play-barn.

Our Forest School sessions are set in a secluded wooded area a short walk from the farm. Be prepared for lots of fun and new adventures as no two sessions are the same. With mud kitchens, small world play, dens and lots more to explore your children will quickly become engrossed in their play so make sure you pick up a coffee from Espresso Farm to enjoy whilst your children are busy!

Please be aware that forest school sessions involve walking through a potentially muddy field and you will be outside for the whole session. It is essential that you dress both yourself and children appropriately for the weather conditions on the day to keep yourselves warm and dry. 

We recommend welly boots, extra socks and waterproof suits for all children. We strongly advise the use of baby carriers over prams during wet winter months unless you have a tried and tested pram that copes well with off-road conditions!

Glamping Booking's now being taken for 2022!

At Umberslade we have 3 ensuite bell tents and 7 shared facility bell tents. All bell tents sleep up to 6. The ensuite bell tents have a private toilet and shower located behind each tent, as well as a double bed and 4 memory foam sleeping mats. The shared facility bell tents have 6 memory foam sleeping mats and use of a high end toilet and shower block on the farm along with washing up facilities.
